Dr. Smith has always taken time to answer questions and help with concerns. I have been his patient since at least 2015. He is a great doctor and so is his staff.

It was really nice to have someone actually look at me and pay attention to my questions and concerns. Everyone who attended me during my visit was patient and helpful. I did not feel rushed; their attention was on me as if I were the only thing on their plate for the day.
They took all the time I needed as I processed their ideas about my situation; answered all my thoughts about treatment options; were quite candid about expectations of my outcomes; and assured me that I had control over the direction of my treatment(s).

I was very impressed with the level of attention and care I received from Dr. Swab. I left his office confident about his treatment plan (based on his detailed explanation) and hopeful about the pain I’ve been experiencing my months. I really appreciate that he took the time to ensure I understood my shoulder issue, which was a bit complex. Thank you, Dr. Swab!

Dr. Smith took adequate time with me and the appointment did not feel rushed. The nurse practitioner who came in before him explained my x-rays very well. He was not in a hurry to recommend surgery which is a definite plus in my book.
